About us

Our favourite cats: Asian cats, Burmeses, Bombays are absolutely the main heroes of this project. We tell about them and present them with great pleasure.   
But having decide to breed them we found out, that we knew too little about them. More and more questions arose. They grew like a snowball. It was necessary to find the answers quickly. So came the decision to join our efforts.
Undoubtedly, the main inspirer of such a project is Alla Levina. And it’s clear: each of us tormented her with numerous questions. And she patiently explained each of us how and why and so on. At first she explained to everyone individually and then to all of us. In such a way we, so different in our age and occupation, became a friendly team.

We were contaminated by the idea of founding the information resource about the breeds, because it was extremely pleasant to share this information with everyone. And the work started. Everyone had a part of this work, which one took of own free will and was responsible for this part.

Nastya Pushkar is our priceless designer and she realized all our ideas even the fanciest and the most capricious. A stylish design of the project is her idea and performance. Besides, the development of all advertised products was her work.

Maria Bulanova translated all information. She animated even the oldest materials, which were founded but not claimed. The translations into Russian were ready so quickly, that we had no time to give her the new ones.

Olga Staravoitava had to check all information on Mir and herself. At numerous exhibitions she learned in practice the exhibition rules, alternative versions of standards and refereeing refinements. And between the exhibitions she translated the articles for our project into English.

Marina Voronjko joined our company not long ago and at once won our hearts with her desire to get acquainted with all gathered information. We saw that she was contaminated by our work and felt that not only we need it.

Undoubtedly, our project could be boring and uninteresting without numerous photos of our favourite cats. Nikolai Mitushin gave us the photos. His ability to find interesting angles to take pictures of animals won the hearts of many people long ago. Besides, he gave us a comfortable, hidden from views corner at his forum, where we were able to discuss the questions about the project.

The importation of wonderful Burmese animals of a modern American type enabled our joining.
The preparation to the responsible meeting with a famous American breeder Karen Thomas brought us and our families together, because even our adult children helped us with pleasure. Both they and Karen are the members of our silk company and project.

These are not all who participates in the project. New and old owners of our animals support us in different ways. Including a good company we have on different pleasant occasions. It became a good tradition to meet and talk not only about cats, although we owe them our acquaintance and joining. Taking into consideration the rising interest to the presented breeds we don’t limit the bounds of the project. We will take new owners and breeders of Burmese,  Bombays and Asian cats in our project with great pleasure. We have much to do for a long time yet.
